I appreciate them (both the message and the efforts).<br><br>The problems you have had with the front desk at the Shilo Inn sort of echos similar problems I've had with the front desk at and "National Reservations" for the Red Lion Hotel in Bellevue... it seems as though the right hand sometimes doesn't know what the left hand is doing.
